By accessing and using this auction platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must create an account to place bids. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
This platform uses a proxy bidding system. When you place a bid, you set a maximum amount. The system bids on your behalf incrementally up to your maximum. Your maximum bid is kept confidential. You may increase your maximum bid at any time but cannot lower it.
All bids are binding. Once you place a bid, you are committing to purchase the item at that price if you are the highest bidder. Bids cannot be retracted. All bids start at $1 unless otherwise stated.
Some items may offer a "Buy Now" option allowing instant purchase at a fixed price, or a "Make Offer" option allowing you to submit a custom offer. Buy Now purchases and accepted offers are binding and end the auction for that item.
Some items may have a reserve price — the minimum amount the seller will accept. If bidding does not reach the reserve price, the item will not sell and no winner will be assigned.
Winners must complete payment within 24 hours of the auction closing. Failure to pay may result in account restriction and the item being re-auctioned. The following fees apply to all winning bids:
All items must be picked up at the designated location during the scheduled pickup window. Items not picked up within the specified timeframe may be forfeited. Bring your invoice QR code and valid photo ID.
Items are sold "as-is" with no warranty. Items may be overstock, open box, or customer returns. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Please read descriptions and view all photos before bidding.
To ensure fair bidding, any bid placed in the final 30 seconds of an auction will automatically extend the closing time by 30 seconds.
Users may not use bots, shill bid, collude with other bidders, or engage in any activity that manipulates the auction process. Violations may result in permanent account termination.
