How Pickup Works

Win Items

Win items through bidding, Buy Now, or accepted offers.

Pay Your Invoice

Complete payment within 24 hours of auction close. Your invoice will include all items won, buyer's premium, lot fees, and tax.

Pick Up Your Items

Visit the designated pickup location shown in your invoice. Bring your QR code (found on your invoice page) for verification.

Important Notes

Pickup times and locations are specified in each auction event
Bring a valid photo ID for verification
Have your invoice QR code ready (available in your Dashboard under Invoices)
Items must be picked up during the designated pickup window
Late pickups may incur storage fees
Inspect your items at pickup - all sales are final

Your QR Code

After winning and paying for items, a QR code will be generated on your invoice page. Show this QR code at the pickup location for quick verification. You can find your invoices at Dashboard → Invoices.
