When you place a bid, you enter your maximum amount — the most you're willing to pay. The system then bids on your behalf, incrementally, only as much as needed to keep you in the lead. Your maximum bid is kept secret from other bidders. If another bidder's maximum is lower than yours, you automatically outbid them.
Quick Bid lets you place a bid at the current minimum amount with one click. It's the fastest way to bid when you just want to match the next increment.
Some items offer a Buy Now option that lets you purchase the item immediately at a fixed price, ending the auction for that item. Not all items have this option — look for the 'Buy Now' button on the lot page.
Some items allow you to submit a custom offer to the seller. The seller can accept or decline your offer. If accepted, the item is sold to you at your offer price. You can only have one pending offer per item.
A reserve price is the minimum amount a seller will accept. If bidding doesn't reach the reserve price, the item won't sell. You'll see 'Reserve Price Met' (green) or 'Reserve Price Not Met' (red) on the lot page. Items with no reserve show 'No Reserve'.
If someone places a bid in the last 30 seconds before an auction closes, the closing time is automatically extended by 30 seconds. This gives everyone a fair chance to respond.
In addition to your winning bid: a 15% Buyer's Premium is added, plus a $2.00 Per Lot Fee for each item won, plus 7.25% sales tax on the total. For example, a $100 winning bid would total approximately $125.48.
After winning, an invoice is automatically generated in your Dashboard. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of the auction closing. We accept major credit cards.
Each auction event lists a specific pickup time and location. Come during that window with a valid photo ID and your invoice QR code (found in Dashboard → Invoices).
Items must be picked up during the scheduled time. If you cannot make it, please contact us as soon as possible. Unclaimed items may be re-auctioned.
Items are primarily Amazon overstock and customer returns. Each listing shows a condition label: New, Open Box, Like New, Used, or Damaged. Always read the description and view all photos before bidding.
All sales are final. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before bidding.
Each lot page has a 'Contact' button that lets you send a message about that specific item. You can also use the Contact Us page for general inquiries.
